Yeah, never ordering from here again when 2/3 of my drink is ICE. They also put barely any little popping bobas in my drink too. Some locations have nugget ice now (like chick fil a's ice) I'm sticking to these locations with nugget ice from now on instead of getting ripped off with this. The kicker here is that I asked for LIGHT ICE too :(
Ladies at the counter are super unfriendly and rude, closing up 20 minutes before the designated closing time.
