Drink was made exactly how I wanted it, staff was very friendly. Went there to do my homework, I spilled my drink and was promptly helped by a worker named Otto,who genuinely seemed to be concerned if I was burned and cleaned up the spill.
Racist towards black people. Arrested for sitting inside charging my phone. Police soliciting a trespass to have me illegally arrested and the racist employees went along with it. This store should be ashamed of doing this to innocent people.
1. Terrible restroom design – The layout is a complete failure. If you sit near the restrooms, you’re constantly hit with unpleasant odors every time the door opens. While the open design might look appealing, it utterly fails in functionality and basic customer comfort. 2. I came into this Starbucks to get 2 drinks, I explained to the cashier when I paid and left a 2 dollar tip, 'wish I didn't now'. I am hearing impaired. Maybe she didn't take me seriously? The barista made my drink iced almond white chocolate mocha, now waiting on a grande strawberry acai with green tea and lemonade. Omg it's the first time my drink comes out horrible! They don't pay attention to what you order and when I came back to have it fixed the cashier had an attitude!
