Five stars because this Starbucks continues to fuel my caffeine habit and somehow convinces me that spending money on coffee is self-care. The staff at this location is always friendly, my drink is consistently made just right, and the atmosphere is perfect for working, studying, or pretending to be productive. Thanks for keeping me caffeinated and happy—see you tomorrow!
Lately they are horrible with every coffee I order. This week I came 3 different days and my drinks where completely gross. I don't taste my coffee until I arrive at work and every time the coffee is bitter with no flavor. Twice I have order a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and both time they had no flavor it was just bitter coffee, no oatmilk or sweetener. Lately they have been very lazy. I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service I received at this location's drive-thru today (5/18 @ 8:20am) from an employee named Deja. From the moment I pulled up to the window, there was zero engagement. I wasn't greeted with a "hi" or any acknowledgment at all, she simply thrust my items out the window with an attitude that made it clear she didn't want to be there.
