I just came to pick up my order, a hot chocolate and a lemon loaf, and they give me my large cup of hot chocolate, almost full of it, on top of it not being cheap, they give you less
Skylar was very rude when we were there. She has very bad customer service. The other employees are good. She has a bad attitude. Always in a bad mood.
Five stars because this Starbucks continues to fuel my caffeine habit and somehow convinces me that spending money on coffee is self-care. The staff at this location is always friendly, my drink is consistently made just right, and the atmosphere is perfect for working, studying, or pretending to be productive. Thanks for keeping me caffeinated and happy—see you tomorrow!
