Drive through takes so long.
I'm here pretty regularly, so I feel like I can speak to this one! The staff are genuinely always friendly, which keeps me coming back even when the morning and weekend lines get really long. The drinks are always made to standard, there's seating inside, and a few wall plugs if you need to charge up. My only real wish is that the parking lot was laid out a little better it can be a bit of a maze getting in and out. The location almost feels too small for how much traffic it gets, but hey, that just means people love it.
UPPER MANAGEMENT! If I walk into a Starbucks to use the bathroom, I should not have to make a purchase. There is no good reason to gatekeep this. The review changes when the policy changes. The ball is in your court.

Horrendous experience today. The staff at this location were slow and disorganized. I go to this location almost daily due to its convenience, and many times my order is wrong or messed up. I usually don’t mind because it’s often a quick fix and I understand that mistakes happen. Today, however, was different. I placed a mobile order and decided to go inside to pick it up since the drive-thru line was long and I needed to get to work.
