Supposedly opens at 7. It NEVER opens at 7. At 9:20 a woman knocked on the door where we could see the worker, and was rudely told "It's not time", when asked what time they opened the worker said more firmly "IT'S NOT TIME" Makes me glad that they're not allowed to accept tips at this location (even though they do take them) because I don't have to feel bad about not doing it
Swung through because I needed a breakfast sandwich and also batteries for a smoke detector, thought it would be an easy trip. Closed even though the website says they’re open, no signage, and literally both google and the app said they were going to be open when I got there.
The Mango Matcha with cream was absolutely tasteless—and it didn't even look like the picture on the sign! The staff completely forgot about the bun, even though it was listed on the receipt! Plus, everything was incredibly slow.
Not sure what’s going on with this location. Months ago there were way too many baristas, yet the wait was long as they couldn’t be bothered to greet customers or making drinks and only were interested in chatting amongst themselves. Then recently only one guy has been working there. Visit today and pastry items were mostly gone by 4pm, fruit flies were chilling inside the pastry display shelf with two poor cake pops… Someone please fix this place and get that poor guy some help.
