Poor service. Attitude from an individual in the window for no reason. My child was confused by this event even. Coffee was ready to be given to me and she felt the need to be in control and had me wait longer making everyone wait longer as she chose not to give it to me. Will be reporting this incident to corporate also.
Cussing in front of customers and telling people they can’t make hot drinks because they don’t have lids when there is lids right in front of us
