This is the second time I've come here and there's no one here, there's no staff
The lady that at the counter was very Nasty & Unprofessional. At first she just stood there then finally she ask could she help as if it Badly hurt her to do so. I'm not gonna keep spending my money at places that won't do a better job at hiring workers thats actually good in the customer service area.
these people just don't care about their jobs. its obvious they hate it here and it's reflected in their customer service. nobody is there when I get there and when this girl finally comes back she just sits on her phone update:12/10/25 nothing has changed. Every time I go to this location, they purposely do not make my drink correctly because they are too lazy to type it in properly. It is the only location I ever have a problem with supposed to be able to customize your drink. They straight up ignore your request. And the guy put Haley for my name when I said Allie not once but twice and waited extra time because I didn’t know I was Hayley today.
Went in and did didn’t get the drink we ordered (was supposed to be hot but came iced / not like how other locations have made). Was a long wait to order. When we left the line was long and people were getting agitated / the baristas did not seem to care and kept saying they can wait. Going to stick to Dunkin / the Starbucks down the road.
