Went in and did didn’t get the drink we ordered (was supposed to be hot but came iced / not like how other locations have made). Was a long wait to order. When we left the line was long and people were getting agitated / the baristas did not seem to care and kept saying they can wait. Going to stick to Dunkin / the Starbucks down the road.
They were gossiping and forgot my straw.
Waited about 45 mins to get my drink. 20 mins in line and then almost another 20-25 mins for them to make it. There were only two people working and one was running around trying to find something they were out of. Then the person who ordered after me got theirs before I got mine. You need at least 3 people working on a Saturday. Ok make that another person behind me that order that got theirs before me!!!
these people just don't care about their jobs. its obvious they hate it here and it's reflected in their customer service. nobody is there when I get there and when this girl finally comes back she just sits on her phone
I ordered online so it could be ready or almost ready by the time i got there, and i completely understand if they are busy so it wouldn’t be done as quick but i got there and there was one person in line. the one lady was making drinks and other taking orders. my drinks wernt ready until 8:48 when the estimated time was 8:31. they just made the drinks so slow and seemed like they really didn’t know what they were doing. they were reading my drink and i added a few extra pumps of stuff and they acted like they couldn’t under... read more
