Whoever is heating up the food in the afternoon is doing a terrible job. Multiple times now I’ve gotten food with burnt bread and then all of the insides are cold. Stop rushing to cook it faster and learn to follow instructions instead of wasting peoples money.
Update: please note that this review was written a few years ago. I recently made an edit because I saw a typo (and yes, I am that person that will sometimes read my own reviews, years later! 🫣). But Starbucks sent me a reply (maybe because the edit caused the review to be republished). My husband and I and my son Joseph is visiting from New Orleans sucked in here real quick this afternoon to get one of her favorite store books strawberry refreshers absolutely refreshing on this nice warm day we enjoyed it so very much thank you
