This Starbucks is in the heart of the outlet in San Clemente. It's a valuable place that I've gotten used to go to often. First of all great lemonade. Love 💜🩷💙. Then we have the free wifi that you can use. People's sitting working, school kids talking smack about their friends that's not around, people sitting in the sun, in the shadow, outside or inside. The drive-thru was great
Great customer service, the food was perfect. Drinks were made exactly like we wanted them. Greeted as soon as we talked in with smiling faces. Great store all the way around
The first thing I notice are well-trained and attentive baristas. The drinks are made quickly and accurately. The store is well-kept and inviting. I frequent this location several times a week and I look forward to the warm “Welcome” every time I walk in the door. The manager, Steve, as well as his shift supervisors & asst. managers seem focused on various aspects of the customer experience from drink quality to location cleanliness (inside and out) to customer safety.
