Absolutely disappointed with this Starbucks been a customer for over a decade and I get Sofia receiving me with a “what’s up” greeting like if we where in a party atmosphere and on top of this very dismissive about getting my order completely wrong. Kudos to the sweet girl with the earpiece helping the drive thru for fixing my order even though she was not working the floor wish I would have gotten her name.
The only thing better than a hot cup of coffee ... is an amazing team at Starbucks working together well with smiles on their faces. Ashlee was also awesome; she deserves a raise. Good Vibes ☕️
