Super nice and helpful
The Starbucks in the store needs help. I went there around 5:50 & the barista was pitiful. Imaging standing waiting to be serviced, then awkwardly stared at. I said “hi” & was met with static. Then she said “whenever you’re ready” Honestly, the way she was looking at me like I was a problem had me thinking they weren’t opened. Then I asked for light ice as I’ve been most of my life, she tried to charge me a dollar extra. I’m over this location & it’s brain dead associates.
Went to this Starbucks today after grocery shopping. While I was ordering I had ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso “latte” I quickly corrected myself before I actually paid, and just to be honest I found the employees extremely rude. Even after this happened I attempted to make conversation and they just acted like they couldn’t be bothered. If you hate your job this much, why work there.
