I ordered through the app as a pick up order an I wanted a grande caramel crunch frap and there was no caramel in it. I even ordered with extra caramel and there was none of it!

I had ordered online so when I got there my order would be ready. I get there and one girl gives me half my order. As I wait I see others walk in and order and get there drinks before I get mine. After the fifth person I go and ask one of the girls which she turns to another employee and asked "how much longer for her drink?", it's not like my drink was hard to make.
