Closed out of the blue at 3:30 on a Sunday. Served the guest right in front of me but told me he couldn't help me they were closed. When I inquired as to why he just shrugged and pointed to the Ecolab employee and said "so he can do whatever he needs to do". Ridiculous customer service, ridiculous time to do maintenance or whatever was taking place. Very unprofessional.

So apparently you can only earn rewards points here and NOT REDEEM THEM!!!!!!! A BIG WASTE OF MY MORNING! I was told by the staff that I had to visit a STANDALONE Starbucks to redeem my coupon from my Starbucks Mobile App!!!!!!!!!!

This place is discussing, and after finding out from the staff that they don’t really clean the equipment correctly and the fact that some of the stuff that they have there is either expired and they still utilize it. It has failed multiple health inspections. I would not recommend buying any coffee from the Starbucks. As well as the fact that the staff they have are trying their best but their store leadership is probably the reason why it fails primarily their store director.
