Hot chocolate is terrible
They are soooo slowwwwwwww. I won't use the drive-thru if there's more than one car in line.
Order was wrong twice in one visit and same one other visit, waiter was not happy to make drink to the highest level of Starbucks standards. I ordered a cappuccino half of the cup was all foam large size then not sweetened she also forgot Carmel flavor. 3rd try I asked for clear liquid sweetener. I will not return to this store. I’m very sad to say.
