I don’t usually leave reviews, but at this point it needs to be said about Starbucks. Considering how much I spend here, I expect the product and service to match the price — and that just hasn’t been the case at this location. Every single time I come, I have to ask for napkins. That might seem minor, but when your drinks are constantly dripping and you’re rushing to work, it becomes frustrating fast. Love This Starbucks Location Customer Service Always A 10/10 , Brownies Always Warm & Matcha Always 10/10
This location definitely used to have some issues with long drive thru times but has since definitely improved. Staff is always friendly and helpful and food/drinks are consistent!
