It’s disappointing when online orders take priority over actual live humans waiting to order. There was no greeting or “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Being the only 2 people waiting, we were completely ignored in a very empty non busy Starbucks watching the to-go bags build up on the counter at 6:45AM on 5/23/25. After 5 minutes we decided on Scooters.
I just want to say on 12/4/24 3 of your baristas around 9:30-10 maybe a little after we’re super sweet I was having a mental breakdown and was having a rough morning and they paid for my drink and gave me a cake pop it made my day I didn’t get there names but give them a raise!! They deserve it!!

What the heck happened to this store? Ever since Virgil left this store has gone right down the toilet. I guess all the employees have quit. Now there’s adjusted hours. People that are there are so rude. What a shame. This was a regular for me and now I will be finding another coffee place.
