I knew it was going to be a disappointing visit when the person working the drive through needed to hear my one (1) drink order 3 times to understand it. Venti hot chai latte, 7 pumps chai. Seems simple. I would understand if it was rush hour or line wrapped around the corner, nope rainy slow Saturday afternoon. The 2 cars ahead of me got theirs moved on. I roll up, tip & pay. Been here a few times previously. Had good service. But my most recent visit was the absolute worst the barista's were snappy, and the drinks were diluted.
Had an amazing experience today. They had a bin to pick a random ball and get a random drink to try. I am currently on a caffeine purge, so I asked the workers if anyone could make a random drink without caffeine for me as I wanted to participate. They were very willing and made me a menu item drink that I have never tried. To the three that worked there Saturday mid day today, thank you!
