I want to shout out Kyle at this location! We had a large order to pick up for Leadership Roanoke Valley and even though they were slammed with the morning coffee rush Kyle was courteous, kind, and efficient cranking out our large coffee order! He is awesome and definitely the kind of person you want to have on your team!
Love this Starbucks. Drinks are always spot on. Service is awesome. Staff always knows me by name and greets me every time I come in. Mind you it can be busy; however, it’s worth it every time. Kudos to GM Kim and her staff for making this Starbucks top of the line. Keep up the excellent work.

I wanted to say thank you to the baristas at this location. My husband and I came through the drive through on the way to our pup Axle’s last vet appointment after a losing battle with lymphoma. I ordered a coffee and a pup cup, asking for chocolate drizzle for his final day. When we got to the window, I’d been told the order was comped.
