First bad experience with Starbucks in a long time. Staff rushed me and spoke in a condescending manner. Why? What does that accomplish? Oh well, I won’t use this store again.
Baristas here just really get to know their customers and facilitate a good experience. They will go through hoops for customers and they deserve nothing but the best in return. They move quickly too!
My interaction with Sophie at the West Main St. location today brighten a gloomy day! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and a sweet, sunny energy. I look forward to coming back to this Starbucks and hope she is my barista again!
