Pretty busy on our visit. Friendly staff, good drinks, nice vibes.
I put an unflattering comment earlier after memorial day and would like to revise my judgement of Starbucks Kailua. I'm impressed with the changes made after my posting. Well done Starbucks!
Ordered two venti summer skies drinks with no ice. The barista asks if it’s ok if there’s room left in the cup. Naturally I’m confused, so I just say no because why would I pay the same amount for less drink. We end up settling for having ice and she gave us mostly ice. After drinking all the liquid, more than half of the cup is just ice. Essentially we just payed $15 for two cups of flavored ice.
Very nice interior. The refill deal when you stay in store makes this a great deal! Restroom inside.
Even though this establishment is dedicated to those who serve our country it does a disservice by being unclean. There are flies in the cabinet where food is kept. Now I know you do not eat that food that is there but it is very off putting to see and very unprofessional and this is acceptable to the staff this is a normal occurrence. What would corporate think 🤔. Henceforth, my poor rating please do better.
