I never write reviews but I got served by Jae today really nice guy with freckles. He was the epitome of customer service. I am on a new diet and I am normally at Starbucks all the time but didn’t know what I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was so patient and explained everything to me with kindness. Sad this is so rare nowadays but we need more ppl like Jae. - the girl with oatmeal questions
Fast and great staff
Not going to this location anymore. They constantly get my order wrong when I do it on the app and the one time I wanted them to correct it, a lady gave me so much attitude.
Coffee is good but for $8+ per cup, no one should have to get drenched in the rain while ordering due to the company not installing an awning! That’s absolutely ridiculous! Will not return to this location until the company does the right thing and provides protection from inclement weather for their patrons.
