We love this Starbucks 🤩 Great place to grab a bevy before walking the waterfront path. ☕️ The staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. Plenty of space to sit, indoors and outdoors. No restroom inside establishment but there are a few options nearby in the hotel. Slight increase in regular prices (resort prices) however they do offer Kama’aina which we greatly appreciate. 🙌🏽 Love the Maui sign inside with the sunrise and sunset times, cute addition 🌅 Mahalo Nui Starbucks Wailea 🌺
There is a young kid, glasses and dark hair with a server attitude issue. He first yelled at a coworker in front of all the customers, simply for passing a sanitizing wipe to a customer, after being requested to do so. Then after a 15 minute wait for my order, I asked if they forgot or passed to another by mistake. The young kid then attempted to use the counter as his safe guard to yell at me. Which did not work out well for the young kid. Teach your employees that they are employees.
