The food was delicious! But doesn’t matter because the attention is terrible, 0 empathy, they looks like super upset all the time, you should guys think about it and trainee and test your employees, is important as well, what a bad experience. Also, this happened twice in different moments but in the same location and with the same employees, I visited another’s stores before and it wasn’t like this!
ordered a cold brew and they used hot coffee i could tell cuz all my ice was instantly melted i asked them to remake it because it tasted like black coffee with whipped cream and they gave me the same thing again
