Very poor service. The employees who assisted us had a very bad attitude. I ordered 5 Venti Iced Lavender Matchas, and none of them were properly mixed. They were full of clumps, as if the matcha powder had simply been added without being blended correctly. We also felt unwelcome throughout the interaction due to the staff's attitude.
