Frida, Layla, Brenda, Pete & Joella are such superstars....I've always preferred Dutch Bros due to their variety but this location and this location only has made me a Starbucks fan. The drinks are always amazing and I can't resist the everything bagel. I highly recommend this location! You won't regret it! I had accidentally mixed up locations when placing my order, and the store manager, Lani, went above and beyond to help me fix it. She was so understanding and patient, and she made the entire situation completely stress-free. Lani quickly helped me with getting an refund in order and handled everything in such a professional and kind way. It truly made a difference in my experience. Great customer service like this is why I’ll always keep coming back
