The customer service is not very responsive, helpful or friendly, but respectful. They are not impatient, rude or mean, but listen quietly to customers while the customers placing their orders, and yes they are not quick in making the orders. I went through the drive through hoping to grab a small water for my toddler. They wouldn't even give us water unless making a purchase. The employee didnt seem super friendly either when telling us their plocy changed. I've been coming to Starbucks since my childhood and not once have I ever been told I cant have a cup of water if I dont make a purchase. I will not be supporting starbucks as a customer anymore if they cant even have the human decency to offer water. If they could bag air they would probably charge for that ... read more
Totally filthy. There were multiple homeless folks sleeping at tables, bathrooms were atrocious and the staff were more worried about running out for a break than taking 10 seconds to be polite. They
