I decided not to purchase my coffee today because of the way I saw the employee with the tattoo on his arm I heard the customer asked him for more. I also saw the way he looked at him and acted like he did not hear him. I also saw him give a cup of whipped cream to, somebody who did not pay for anything and if the manager had yelled at me as she did him, I would have a problem too.
