The world's largest coffeehouse chain with about 38,000 in 86 countries. It's popular and I can understand the hype. The first one opened in Seattle, Wa. I think it's pricey but the quality is there. They serve a wide variety of drinks and food; from snacks, pastries, juices, teas, frappuccinos, lattes, espresso, whole beans, etc. This one is located in the Mohegan Sun. Not a good Starbucks. Place wasn't very clean. I think the employees were either high or drunk. My order had to be remade several times. It's convenient that it's in the center of a casino but that doesn't save it. I would avoid this Starbucks if i were you.
DON'T ORDER HERE. I'm very disappointed in this starbucks. The lady that took our order was very annoyed. They also wanted to charge us extra for scoops, which whenever we ordered in the past, we didn't have to. The way they made drinks was bad, and it seemed that they didn't measure and were just eyeball it. I never had a bad experience with starbucks before until coming here.
