Ordered just 1 drink caramel macchiato it took 15 mins. And start buck was not crowded. Please fasten up your service.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees, while 3 of 4 employees concentrated on cleaning up ( they closed in 30 minutes) while only one employee was making any drinks. Which might be fine if he could make more than one drink in 5 minutes after 15 minutes I asked if our drinks were coming and one of the cleaning employees said ours were next...the guy slowly making drinks chimmed in to say there's a lot of drinks and if I don't like it I can get a refund.
