I am updating my review, I used to leave 2 stars because of bad service. Now I am bringing it down to 1 star because now they aren't even asking my name, if I'm scanning using the app, and just are going through motions without putting any care into the service. That is the main reason I like Starbucks is because of the people and friendliness, but this location continues to go downhill....
A disgusting place to ever walk into. Poor attitudes. I waited for 10 mins at counter to be ignored by 6 employees. And then when I asked could I be helped I was treated so poorly. I politely apologized for ever stepping foot in the establishment
My drink was perfect. Everyone is always amazing at this location!
So overrated and the already too high prices have doubled! $4 for a cake pop.
