I love this Starbucks! I love the energy from most of the team members, they’re always smiling, greeting me whether I pick up inside or drive thru. Never have any problems there. However, there is only one person that has a stank attitude every time I come, she looks like she hates being there. Never greets me or anybody probably. When you say thank you she is mute closes the drive thru door, doesn’t say have a good day. Just sits there with a blank stare, but supposedly a manager??? Had purchased a coffee, was there for about 2 hours. Manger came up to me and told me to leave or purchase something. Then she found out I did. Did not feel comfortable then, so I just left.

This is by far one of my favorite Starbucks. I don’t go here a lot anymore because I moved but my favorite baristas are still here. I spent a lot of time here going to school and studying when it was first built and now years later I still visit I’m passing by to say hi. They treat you like family, remember your name and face, they ask about your day, and remember all the special touches to your drinks. This is great customer service and why they keep my business.
