I’m writing about a server there her name was Victoria, She was very rude and dismissive. I had a concern about a barista drawing an unhappy face On my trenta Starbucks cup when I went to go get my tea. I called to let the managers know if you’re going to draw a face on a cup. Had son pick up order. My cappuccino was really a latte. No sleeves on drinks, no stoppers to keep them warm and prevent spilling. No straw for the frappacino. Best of all when set the drink carrier on the counter. The frappacino fell over. Worst service from Starbucks in this area.
