My drive thru experience was a 20 minute wait. Once received my drink drove off, something said look inside your cup it was a bug floating at top. I pulled over threw it away.
Absolutely horrendous staff. They were extremely rude and dismissive. From the cashere and her snotty attitude to the girl who placed the cup on the counter and basically whispered my name... she placed the cup without the heat shield, when I called over to get her attention she sneered at me and ignored me. The coffee was not strong. The flavor was off. I asked them to remake it, and it was still bad. Poor customer service, Gen Z stare in full effect.
