Young lady preparing drink was not paying attention to detail of drink because she was talking and laughing on the phone through her ear piece... I requested out OATMILK because I cannot have cows milk and she pours cows milk to make my drink. Before I could say something to her the cashier says to her that suppose to be oatmilk and she go's "OH" and pour the milk out to replace with oatmilk. What can I say, it is a Starbucks. The coffee is very good yet I miss years gone by when a Starbucks was a coffee house atmosphere as opposed to the fast food chain environment it is today. It now is about turning tables and/or customers to maximize the profit margin and not somewhere you meet someone to enjoy good conversation while sipping on a great cup of Joe. My comments apply to all Starbucks. I am not specifically criticizing this one location.
