Starbucks is not my go to for coffee but I do love how they treat their customers and this was the reason I would keep coming back. Just have a problem with one of their employees who decided it was ok to scold me like a child because I didn’t announce at the intercom that I was picking up an order. My apologies, I have learned to announce, but ever since, all my encounters with her have been terrible. Sadly I will not be returning to this location.
When you’re looking for a Starbies that closes at 9pm… you’d hope they actually close at 9. Not 8:50pm or 8:55pm. Thanks for nothing!
I have been coming here for months on my lunch break, picking up the same order repeatedly. As usual, I order ice shaken espresso venti light ice. I understand if the line would be lower because of the ice is less, but this is almost half glass is gone. Not sure if they made the grande cup and put in venti instead. Now I understand more why they’re shutting down the branches, getting real stingy.
