I love Starbucks, but lately I feel like I'm the one telling the baristas how to make my coffee. I used to love going to this location and walking around Target afterward, but not anymore. I usually order a cappuccino, and lately the employees consistently gets it wrong. A grande cappuccino comes with two shots of espresso, and I always have to add an extra shot because if I don't, I often end up with a "coffee" that tastes like milk. I look forward to Starbucks during my Target drive up. The last 4 times, everything was "out of stock" on the app. Everything! The whole menu. This place is going to close soon.
idk they was mad rude today
I like starbucks and target but the way I was treated was badly! The lady in front of me and the 2 employees were talking about me like I was being impatient and I wasn't. I wasn't in a hurry. They were very nice to the lady in front of me but not me no smiling just looked miserable. I won't go to this starbucks again.
Today Cashier Faith was so unfriendly, I greeted her and she had this flat affect, when my daughter ordered she cut her off and while scanning she was rude. Don’t appreciate her energy. I suggest she is removed and possible work in the back room somewhere.
