Unfriendly Service from a Particular Barista. I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but there's one barista who consistently makes the experience unpleasant. She's shorter in height, wears glasses, and always seems to have an attitude. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she’s been short-tempered, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in providing good customer service. I 💚 Starbucks but this location in the upper Michigan Peninsula is an “in-store/authorized seller” This is not a True Starbucks location. You can clearly tell simply by the way you’re greeted. If you choose to continue an order, please make it standard as the customer service is not what someone from Seattle expects. The barista didn’t even know what the discovery series is! He said “I have no idea what that is, we get boxes and just put them out there”
