Literally just came in, asked for a WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE MOCHA and they literally just gave me, in a venti cup, HOT STEAMED MILK. H O W, how do you even get that from me saying 5 words? Ridiculous and absurd. I am dumbfounded at what they heard as to even remotely give me that in a cup. EDIT: They also charged me full value for the venti white hot chocolate mocha (that was just STEAMED MILK IN A CUP). So that was a fun way to lose $8.
When I first went in to pick up my mobile order I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the girls there. However, after chatting with their manager Bryce, he rectified the situation better than I ever could have anticipated. I would’ve been more than content with my drink just being remade, but he also gave me a gift card and two cake pops to make up for it. He was also very, very kind and very friendly.
