I brought my granddaughter to Starbucks for a little date, and it was absolutely lovely. We shared some delicious treats and drinks, she had her favorite cake pop and pink drink, and I enjoyed my perfectly made latte. What made the experience even more special was the sweet young woman named Kayla who helped me out. Per the corporation they must charge $5.65 for a venti water plus .80 cent for fruit inclusions. $6.45 total. No caring ,no understanding for a frequent customer who order numerous drinks weekly. The also dropped the ice water when giving it. They showed there frequent customer no upstanding, This customer will give them the same Understanding.
