I got the worst Caramel Ribbon Crunch of my life; it just tasted like iced coffee with cream—it didn't taste good at all—and the service was incredibly slow.
I got the S'more drink
Everyone here is usually really nice and positive and they get coffee/food out quickly. However lately this younger girl has been really rude in the drive through window, she mad dogs me, doesn’t smile or say a word to me and it honestly will be the reason I don’t come back to this location. She was working today (wens 17th) and yesterday at around 8:20 am. I’ll go to the San Marino location from now on instead. I’d rather not start my day with bad vibes or negative energy.
Midnight manager was so rude. Would not let me modify the pills in my drink . Said for inventory. I wanted 3 more pumps. He was rude and said I should just cancel my order
