My company just moved into a office building nearby and we use this location. The staff the service and quality of product is amazing were all pleased. The maanger Sheri is a maanger that should he cloned she always is on top of things for us.
The best Starbucks ever ! The most amazing team! attentive! Friendly ! Attention to detail! Love everyone ! Special shot out to my girl Carmelina!!!! I will drive out of my way just to go here ! They should get the best Starbucks of the year reward!!!!
Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated unpleasant experiences at the drive-through. I go to this location almost every day, and her attitude is consistently rude — including rolling her eyes and acting annoyed during interactions. As a regular customer, this makes the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand everyone can have an off day, but when this behavior happens regularly, it becomes an issue. I hope management addresses this so the overall customer experience improves.
i picked up 8 drinks and 3 food items for the office on the way to work and was a little stressed with how i was going to carry it all. marc went the extra mile and took the extra couple of minutes to put stickers on the lids and bag everything up for me to ensure i was able to carry everything out safely. the little things mean the most and marc is a great asset to have!
