When I got to the Starbucks I was ready to get my vanilla bean frap and go so I thought It would be just the basic experience but that barista selena was very kind and patient she made the experience a significant amount better thank you to her I had a good rest of my day 😁👍.
This Starbucks is horrible!!!!!! 7 people working in store and never got my drink. Asked for a refund and went to Dutch bros for way better service
When something is wrong with your order or are out of what you already paid for, they have no clue on helping you. You're just addressed to the app since that's where you placed the order through... Lack of empathy. Can't even stop on their inventory boxes to even approach you. Instead she yells out from across the room
This starbucks can't make a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Even though the girl said all their baristas can make it. 🤣
