Very consistent cookie cutter chain. Everyone knows. It's pretty easy to get in and eat and get out.
Skimping customers on their coffee! It is not a huge issue for me if it happens occasionally, but this has now happened several times. For an already expensive coffee, it is disappointing. This photo was taken before I took any sips.
