Very consistent on disappointing everyone.
It shouldn't take 35minutes to get a single coffee just because all the mobile orders get prioritized!!! There were only three people in line ahead and it takes that long! Why don't you have two work stations, one for in-house and one for mobile! :(
Geneuinely whats their issue and reasoning for doing this? Why do I pay 7-8 dollars for a drink that is full of ice, after literally 3 sips it’s gone ???? Thank you for doing this purposefully. No other Starbucks i have been to do this
First of all, this place doesn’t work 24/7. And tell me since what period of time if you order medium cappuccino- you get 30% less? Or I ordered a small one? What’s going on? Where is the rest of my drink?! Secondly, despite the fact that five people are working at the same time, I waited for my drink more than 10mins. Thank you so much for a bad mood today.
