WORST STARBUCKS! Service and food quality is horrible and staff is rude. I’ve ordered from this location several times in the past and friendly staff and good quality are RARE. I won’t be returning. There’s a Coffee Bean around the corner and it’s WAY better. Highly recommend over Starbucks if you want good service and food
They need to do better on mobile orders. They have the drinks behind the counter, so the customers aren’t allowed to pick it up when it’s ready. The baristas are busy making drinks so they don’t pay attention to the people waiting. I tried calling them out but they never turned their heads. Waited 10 min until they noticed.
