Geneuinely whats their issue and reasoning for doing this? Why do I pay 7-8 dollars for a drink that is full of ice, after literally 3 sips it’s gone ???? Thank you for doing this purposefully. No other Starbucks i have been to do this

First of all, this place doesn’t work 24/7. And tell me since what period of time if you order medium cappuccino- you get 30% less? Or I ordered a small one? What’s going on? Where is the rest of my drink?! Secondly, despite the fact that five people are working at the same time, I waited for my drink more than 10mins. Thank you so much for a bad mood today.

This Starbucks location is consistently terrible, and the only reason I even go here is because it’s the closest one to my workplace. Every time I order, they dump way too much milk into the cup when I clearly ask for just a splash on top. They pour so much that you can’t even taste the coffee anymore, it comes out looking like watered‑down beige milk instead of an actual coffee. This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve been to. They keep messing up my order by adding way too much half and half when I ask for just a splash. The drink comes out a light brown instead of the dark brown it should be, and when I ask them to remake it, the staff looks annoyed. I order this same drink at other Starbucks locations and they get it right, so the issue isn’t the order, it’s the staff at this location.
