Worst Starbucks experience this morning. Terrible customer service. First I pull up to pay because every Starbucks usually has the card reader out first so as a regular Im ready with my card, instead a lady is handing me my drink, I grab it and it’s hot so I ask for a sleeve and she then wants to try and give me the card reader while I’m asking for a sleeve instead of quickly grabbing a sleeve-I had to ask again which she seems annoyed by. This morning, I went to buy a Grande honey citrus mint tea. After I had paid for a while, he gave me the order. When I got home, I still did not drink the coffee until an hour later when I realized I had gotten the wrong one. So I returned the tea to the store, but a staff member named David proudly said he was the manager. He said that I was the one who took it. But I told him that you said that this was my order.
