The strawberry refresher is Bussin
This is my favorite Starbucks in the country. (I do travel a bit…) The vibe is chill, the staff are warm and efficient. They even have actual ceramic mugs! (Most locations have abandoned such small niceties.) Would that all Starbucks were like this….(sigh!)
JOSH, the barista on shift 02/24/26, must hate his job because that’s exactly how he is carrying himself today. I’ve never experienced terrible customer service at Starbucks before. He didn’t even make an attempt to be polite. Then when time to pay, he snatched the money out of my daughter’s hand and threw the change back into her palms. One thing I can’t stand is people working in customer facing roles but lack basic customer service skills! Pick up a broom and clean up if you don’t want to be polite, it’s trash everywhere.
They always make my drink wrong or ring it up wrong. I don’t like this location. Pistachios dubi loaf trash they over warmed it
