Drive thru is always slow even when there's only 2 cars ahead. It's not on the same standard as other Starbucks

Really disappointing experience. I ordered two shots over ice in a grande cup with pumpkin cold foam and specifically asked for three pumps of pumpkin in the cold foam instead of the usual amount. Somehow, vanilla was added to the cold foam and then three extra pumps of pumpkin were put directly into the cup. The drink ended up WAY too sweet and basically undrinkable.
