I waited 18 minutes. I walked in and it was quite busy so I expected some wait but not 18 minutes. This location has a queue to keep track of orders.. my name stayed in the “received” column until the crowd cleared out. At least 6 parties that came in after me, left before me and they placed orders in the store. Def not coming here again after this experience.
Went and everyone is just standing around elbow to elbow waiting on orders. Most sent in app orders and it was just hectic. Guys working the front are just trying to make it through the shift because they just call your name, hand you the drink and continue talking to each other. This is not like my usual places in Orange county and it shows.
No seating inside, orders only. Two baristas working, wait time extensive.
