Never once have I ordered here and theyve gotten my order right. And it's so frustrating cause it's the closest one to my work so I either just have to not get coffee or just never get what I paid for.
Ever since they remodeled there's definitely been a nosedive in their service quality like today I online ordered 3 sandwiches for me and the party I'd be with but they kindly informed me they only had 2 when I arrived and would gladly give me a refund however as the nice young woman was distributing it to my card the dude Jacob dropped another one of my sandwiches on the floor right in front of me they were kind enough to send me off with a couple gift cards along with the refund but again their service quality has regress... read more
