This location is insanely slow. I purposely only come during “off” hours thinking “There can’t possibly be a wait right now” and yet here I am at 10:45 on a Tuesday morning and I’m going on 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru when there was only 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled in.
Ordered ahead of time, they took so long to make drinks this morning I had to leave for my hour commute to work without my coffee. Paid, left a tip, told them to cancel the order I had to leave for work and they just said “okay”. Zero stars, will go elsewhere from now on.
Love love this Starbucks, workers are amazing
When at this location I generally do drive thru. Well my profoundly autistic non-verbal (other than yes or no) pointed to the tables outside and said yes. We put on her headphones and went in and we stood there for probably about 5-6 minutes without a single greeting. My daughter began looking and the cake pops and saying yes.
