Out of all the Starbucks locations I’ve been to, this one easily has the worst customer service. Pulled up as a regular just to grab a cup of water and got told I had to buy something first. For water. That’s a new low. Not sure if it’s poor management or just bad attitudes, but denying something that basic is straight-up embarrassing for a brand like this. If this is the standard here, save your time and go somewhere that actually knows what customer service is.
