I live down the street so this is my go to Starbucks. When I was working the regular employees I’d see were absolutely amazing and so kind, not sure where they’re at but I hope they’re doing good in life. The new people I see though are absolutely great at customer service. I never have a problem with my drinks. Thankyou for making my drinks so yummy.
I never usually write reviews because I believe In second chances but every time I come to this location specifically it’s always something . Today at around 11:30 I went to grab my drink which was made wrong , but I didn’t make a big deal out of it just decided to get down and let them know it wasn’t correct .It didn’t upset me that they made it wrong but rather their attitude towards it , the girl with the glasses was so rude she didn’t even apologize or anything she just took my drink and when she gave it back she didn’t ... read more
I ordered my drink with light ice… I don’t even want to imagine how it would’ve been with regular ice 😭 Two sips and it was gone 🥺
Great always come here after work to grab a bite to eat or just my regular coffee order it does get busy though
