Employee ignore the customers
I've only been here twice but both times were bad experiences and the second time no one would take my order. That's right, I stood at a the counter, filled with boxes and plastic cups, and nobody came. I eventually said something to a woman making drinks and she said someone would be there shortly. But no one ever came so I left. Why are some Starbucks so poorly managed and others seem very corporate and to have established procedures?
