This is the worst Starbucks in Starbucks history!!! We waited for 20 minutes and walked out without our drink because they were laughing and cutting up behind the counter and not feeling orders. I will be going to seven brew from now on.!!!!
In the mornings, they make it perfectly, but at noon or in the afternoon, they sometimes do it poorly. They don't add the ingredients you asked for, and the coffee ends up stale and tasteless. It's horrible to drive from far away for nothing.
Rhyja needs some customer service classes with the way she spoke to myself and a friend. She spoke to us like we were children after she was the one who made a mistake with my drink. Will not be coming back until the employees have some respect for paying customers.
The employees really need to know their job. I bought a cappuccino using Starbucks app. When I went to get refill on black coffee, Laila said it’s not allowed. I’ve been to over 100 Starbucks with no issue. Later I went to Starbucks at Flowood and the manager confirmed refills are free.
I went inside yesterday evening and there were two workers present. No greeting, smile or acknowledgement of my presence, which is fine, I wasn’t at Subway or Walgreens. I was the only customer in the store, so I stared at the menu to find the new lemonade that I came here for, once I found it I inched closer to the register.
