I gave this Starbucks a try twice this week while here on business, absolute worst Starbucks in the country. I travel for work and am in Starbucks every morning. 7 days a week. There very rude and service is slow. Make the drive and go elsewhere.
I've never had a bad experience at this location until today I was looking for my drink because it was placed as an in-store pickup... after waiting 15 minutes, I'm like, okay, they must have forgotten it or someone took it. The guy with the durag on today handed it to me after I politely asked if it was made yet... he was incredibly rude for no reason when all I did was kindly ask where my drink was and showed him the order.
