Very disappointing experience. The Blue Coconut Matcha looked nothing like what I expected and the taste was terrible. When I politely asked Samantha about the missing blue coconut, she responded in a very rude and unprofessional way. The drink was disappointing, and the customer service was even worse.
Crystal will get your order as soon as she’s done catching up with her friend that works @ Safeway. Oblivious or downright blatant….either way, noooooo bueno!

Took my order incorrectly twice. Poor customer service in response to my request to make my coffee as I ordered it. Interrupted me multiple times while placing my order. Drive through experience.
