Had a Banana Nut Loaf and a tall Americano delivered this morning. TOTAL waste of money. Loaf was OLD and dry. Americano was extremely diluted. Didn't even taste like coffee.. I've been to this location a few times, and it has always seemed to fall short. Today was definitely the last.
Horrible experience. Ordering was akward. I had to get their attention to place my order. They made me feel like a burden. I said my order very clearly. They made my drink completely wrong (cold brew vs. frappucino) and just stared at me when I told them it was incorrect. No apology offered, I wasn't even sure if they were remaking it. Horrible experience.
This store sucks their drive thru is so slow every time I pass by it takes between 10 to 15 to get my one drink. It's unbelievable and they have at least 4 people working. I don't get how it can take that long for a drink. I thought drive thru is supposed to be faster then going inside. This store is a joke.
