This starbucks is always closed. The housing in this area is nice and is continuing to grow but places like this keep it from being a high quality neighborhood. They need to either keep up with the quality of the area or shut this place down for a buisness thatll better serve the community
Came in when it was super busy, there are 3 baristas working their butts off and Stephanie standing at the front texting in her phone and doing nothing else.
I’ve been to many Starbucks and this one is by far the worst one. I am always there in the drive thru for a long period of time even when there are just two cars ahead of me. The employees do not talk. My drink is always wrong and I have been there twice and will not be going back. I I just experienced going through the drive-through and the girl just puts out the card reader with the tip question and said nothing to me at all and the window stayed closed the remainder of the time and then I got my drink that was wrong.
Our drinks were ready very quickly but the service was very dismissive and aggressive. I asked for a drink carrier to be ignored once. I get it, things can get busy quick. But to have the staff stare at you afterwards and continue ignoring you is another level. We ask for a drink carrier one more time after waiting several minutes, then a staff member throws one at me and walks away. Not sure if this is consistent for this establishment, but it’s safe to say I won’t be returning.
