Helpful staff in helping to understand menu.
They don’t even deserve one star. Customer service was absolutely horrendous. Waited 10+ minutes for my order which was not made correctly and when I asked for it to be remade, the baristas were straight up rude and did not care if anyone heard. I don’t understand how such behavior is tolerated by management, especially when it’s being done so openly. This location absolutely sucks. They don’t know how to make coffee and they have absolutely disgusting attitudes.
There’s a reason I stopped going to Starbucks, and today was a reminder. I stopped by this location to grab a quick coffee, and the service was just not great. A simple “hello” was met with rudeness, which honestly caught me off guard. The latte itself wasn’t good either, and it made me wonder when tipping became expected even when the interaction feels rushed or unfriendly. This location is terrible. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and didn’t move an inch. Parked and walked in. Waited nearly 25 minutes for my one drink and it was sitting there ready behind the counter and I had to ask for it. No apology for the delay despite watching me sit there for 25 minutes despite everyone else clearing out of the store. Multiple people came in with incorrect drinks, lukewarm food, etc. management — fix this!!
