Very slow. Took over 25 minutes to get a coffee. I ordered ahead and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Had 5 employees working.

Arrived at 905 , saw workers in Starbucks walking around talking with headsets on, but not answering the drive thru… they close at 10…
Went to Starbucks literally just to get a cup of ice. I was told I had to purchase something, so I said, “Okay, I’ll PAY for the cup of ice.” I was STILL told no and that I had to purchase something else. 🤯 That makes absolutely NO sense. I wasn’t asking for anything free 🤦🏾♀️ I was willing to PAY for the cup, ice and all. Denying someone who is literally offering to pay is insane to me. The crazy part?
