Quite rude when you ask for a cup of ice or ice water they give the smallest cup

I feel this is the worst customer service Starbucks in my area. Slow to take your order at walk up and slow to serve. They always apologize for the long wait. And it seems comical that when you order 4 items they call your name 4 times like entire order is ready?
