This is by far my favorite local Starbucks. They are always so friendly and helpful to customers. They are always more than willing to accommodate and remake drinks if necessary. Everyone I have ever encountered at this location has been nothing but kind and professional.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was poor from start to finish. I ordered a Double Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich with no cheese, but when I got back to my car, I discovered it had cheese on it. I walked back inside to let the staff know, and the employee simply looked at me and said, “We’ll fix it.” There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Slow and unprofessional
Employees just take their time hanging out and talking to coworkers. I could hear a customer inside asking what's taking so long with his drink. I also just had one drink I was waiting on for about 8 minutes. Being first in a drive thru, and the only customer waiting with one customer inside, I should not be waiting more than 5 minutes for a drink.
