I love that we just have a Starbucks with a drive thru because we only had the one in Kroger so very thankful for this one!!! And I love the caramel crunch latte or whatever it is called!!!! Fixing to head there Now!🙏❤️🥰Â
this review is reference to the fact this location has installed a wonderful gas stove type furnace which heats for patrons and guests just stopping by to warm thier hands-thank you StarbucksÂ
What a great way to start every day, walking into the Newburyport location to the pleasant smiles and warm greetings from Tiffany, Maura and the rest of the staff at the Newburyport location. Â The pace of activity in this store is usually somewhat frenetic yet their authentic greeting is always there!Â
Lady with glasses is very rude and have had multiple encounters with her and they have all been negative.Â
This was one of the most unacceptable and disturbing customer service experiences that happened today on 3/21/26 @11am. My parent—a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, former law enforcement officer, & current healthcare worker—was aggressively confronted in the drive-thru window by a manager named “Allie” & accused of theft over a transaction that allegedly happened a week prior. This was the worst Starbucks I ever visited. I was at RDU airport and ordered a latte. I waited over 15 minutes while they served orders made after mine. The barista was nasty when I asked where my coffee was…I explained that my flight was boarding in 7 minutes They did not fill orders in any specific order. I will BOYCOTT Starbucks forever There are plenty of there coffee houses availableÂ

This was a great place until Starbucks decided to knock out over half of the electrical outlets - meaning its not possible plug your computer into them - meaning that probably 2/3rds of the time I come here there will not be an outlet available. I will start looking for other coffeeshops to go to.Â
