At this location they gave two entrances, and it always confuses me-where the line forms. Few times other customers were cutting the line just because they were on the other side and then more people joined that line. Today I placed my order for a hot tea, which takes seconds to make, but for some reason I was waiting too long (they were making others orders) , when I asked the barista, it looked like she just forgot about my order. I ordered a Carmel Frappuccino and they did not callout my name. It definitely is one of the worst ones I've had. Taste like Carmel water:-(
They won’t give you a cup of water unless you buy something. That’s the fastest way to lose a customer forever. Enjoy your free water Starbucks you just lost $100s from me and others who read this
