Nice little café inside on the south entrance of mall.
Really, very disappointed, they were asked for some water and they did not want to give me... they say that only customers and I am customers 3-4 times a week from Target and Starbuck, really bad service.
Usually helpful staff refused to assist my wife when she asked them to replace a Strawberry refresher with bad strawberries. For the prices they charge, they should be more concerned with customer satisfaction.
I work in this mall, and during my break today, I stopped by to ask for a cup of ice for my water bottle. Our break room has filtered water, but unfortunately, no ice machine or freezer. I was told that from now on, I’ll need to make a purchase just to receive a cup of ice or water. This was especially disappointing to hear, as I used to be a store manager at Starbucks.
