I visited today around 4pm, the blonde girl at the counter and the dark hair girl with winged eyeliner were both really nice and fast with service in a busy location and our drinks were great.
Ordered a venti shaken espresso and got a shaken coffee. No espresso at all but that’s what I paid for. This Starbucks and their employees do NOT follow the Starbucks standards and could care less about getting your order correct. The employee even laughed when I walked away. What a shame.
Kinda just meh.... seems like the employees dont take pride in their work and just put out "whatever" quality products. Honestly just go ¼ mile down and go to the starbies by Eisenhower dr.
Just got 3 caramel Frappuccinos... asked specifically for no drizzle on the sides, extra drizzle at the bottom. All 3 drinks were made with drizzle on the sides, virtually no drizzle visible at the bottom. When it was brought to their attention that the drinks were made incorrectly, the rude girl behind the counter said "there's some st the bottom" to which I replied, "ya, a little bit, if you look really hard."
